
Tangy Grilled Asparagus

1/4 c. balsamic vinegar |
1/2 tsp. salt |
2 Tbsp. canola oil |
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper |
1 clove garlic, crushed |
24 stalks asparagus, trimmed |
Directions:
1. To prepare marinade, combine balsamic vinegar, salt, canola oil, pepper and garlic in a large resealable plastic bag.
2. Add asparagus and squeeze bag to coat asparagus with marinade; seal bag. Let stand for 30 min. Remove asparagus from marinade. Discard marinade.
3. Grill asparagus over medium heat on barbecue, turning occasionally, until tender, about 5-7 min.
